Pamela J. Mazza is the managing partner at PilieroMazza PLLC.  She has 20 years experience advising clients on all aspects of government contracts law and represents clients before government agencies and contract review boards in bid protests, size standard challenges, teaming agreements and joint venture issues.  In addition, Ms. Mazza counsels clients on corporate issues including corporate formation and restructuring, shareholder agreements, and trade secrets protection. She also represents trade associations and corporations before Congress and the Administration.

Ms. Mazza’s clients are commercial companies, government contractors, trade associations, Indian tribes, and Alaska Native Corporations engaging in various industries including e-commerce, information technology, manufacturing, base operations, telecommunications, construction, security services, transportation and environmental services.

Ms. Mazza has gained a national reputation on small business issues and is a frequent speaker and panelist on procurement matters, joint ventures and teaming relationships at conferences sponsored by the Small Business Administration, other government agencies and associations. She also conducts in service training for corporations on small business government contracting issues.   

Among her activities, Ms. Mazza sits on the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce’s board of directors where she serves as general counsel.  She also served on the board of directors for Provident Bank from 2006-2009.  She is general counsel for the Small Environmental Business Action Coalition and a member of the Professional Services Council and Women Impacting Public Policy.

Ms. Mazza received her Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University National Law Center.  She graduated with honors from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Mazza is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Virginia, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and various other federal courts.  She also practices before the General Accountability Office and the agency Boards of Contract Appeals.
